| Step1. Launch Spotmau PowerSuite Professional 2008. Click "Windows Doctor" |

| Step2. Click "Desktop Secretary". The main interface of Desktop Secretary will display. |

Step3. The memo display window shows the latest memo you have added. To add a memo, you need to select a specific day in the calendar by left-clicking the date. Then a New Memo dialog will pop up.

| Enter the content of the memo in the edit area, set remind time and click OK button. The memo will be saved and displayed in the scroll window. When the remind time comes up, a remind dialog will show up. |
